Our group grows

Our group has been just joined by two new people:

  • Jayanth Jayakumar, a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, who will start Ph.D. studies at the Faculty of Physics UW in October 2020,
  • Millena Breen, administrative specialist, who will take care of administrative and organizational matters starting in September 2020.

Magdalena Stobińska coordinates MSCA ITN grant “AppQInfo”

International consortium of 15 institutions and companies coordinated by Dr. hab. Magdalena Stobińska from the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw, has obtained funding of a new Innovative Training Networks project “AppQInfo” within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme. We got NCN SONATA BIS grant

We are proud to announce that we have just obtained a new SONATA BIS grant, financed by the National Science Center. Its scope will be “Employing multiphoton quantum interference for selected quantum information processing tasks”.
